Agni
Agni is the foundation of digestion.
Agni translated from Sanskrit means fire. Agni is responsible
for separating the essence of nourishment from food,
which the body can utilize as food. Agni helps various
tissues of the body to produce secretions, metabolic
reactions, and other processes needed to create energy
and maintain and repair our body. Agni element also
helps to immunize the system, against harmful organisms
and toxins. In he body liver is the main seat of Agni.
All toxic substances and foreign particles are killed
by liver through Agni in the form of WBC in blood.
